Red Sonja is a 1985 American sword-and-sorcery film directed by Richard Fleischer, from a screenplay by Clive Exton and George MacDonald Fraser. It is based on Red Sonya of Rogatino by Robert E. Howard. It stars Brigitte Nielsen as the title character and Arnold Schwarzenegger as her companion Lord Kalidor, with Sandahl Bergman, Paul Smith and Ronald Lacey in supporting roles.
